Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") She is Rosalia Vila is a Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. Since her teenage years she has been a participant in pop music and flamenco. Also, she has explored various genres, including hip-hop soul and trap. Her voice is called by no less of an artist than the Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet however with a bit of bite similar to those of the past. After her 2017 debut album Los Angeles garnered attention from the U.S. public and earned her a Latin Grammy nomination for Best New Artist the follow-up album for 2018 El Mal Querer was a major critical and commercial breakthrough that topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums chart and finally receiving an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Her third long-player Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with a variety of producers and artists like Cory Henry and James Blake. The album was released in the month of March 2022, following a performance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish artist to sing on her own on the show. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman to win both of these awards.
